Scope of Work

Preparation of the base map for the UP Sub-Region of NCR incorporating natural and manmade features integrating the master plans of all major cities and all existing and proposed transit corridors of UP Sub-Region of NCR
Study and analysis of natural, socio-economic and other aspects of the UP Sub-Region for identifying development potentials and constraints
Preparation of policy for future development for 2011, 2016 and 2021.
Identification of policy zones and sub-zones and formulation of policies
Preparation of zoning regulations for control of land use for planned development
Identification of projects for implementation and their phasing as per five year plans
Preparation of cost estimates and investment plan
Formulation of strategies for resource mobilization
