 of Taj Environments
Client: -- Agra Municipal Corporation
Project Area: -- Upto 500m outside ASI boundary
Scope of work for REPL:-

  • Preparation of action plan for Improving the roads,
  • footpaths, signages, streetlights,
  • monument description boards,
  • public conveniences, public telephone booths, information kiosks, vehicular parking, garbage bins, landscaping, street furniture etc.

2.Project Name:-- Improving heritage sites of Agra.
Client: -- Agra Municipal Corporation
Project Area: -- Upto 500m.
Scope of work for REPL:-

  • Preparation of Action Plan for Improving the roads, footpaths, signages, streetlights, monument description boards, public conveniences, public telephone booths, information kiosks, vehicular parking, garbage bins, landscaping, street furniture etc.

3. Project Name: --Roads and Transportation system at Agra.
Client: -- Agra Municipal Corporation
Scope of work for REPL:-

  • Designing and preparing action plan for five multi storied / under ground parking at different places, development of internal roads, parking areas in the city, improvement in street lighting, Intersection signaling, road geometries, street furniture and footpaths. Designing of foot over Bridges/ Pedestrian underpass etc.

4.Project Name--Improvement of Environment of Agra.
Client: -- Agra Municipal Corporation
Scope of work for REPL:-

  • Designing and preparing action plan for the improvement and beautification of existing parks and restoration and beautification of water bodies.

5.Project Name: --Improvement and development of Inner city Agra.
Client: -- Agra Municipal Corporation
Scope of work for REPL:--

  • Designing and preparing action plan for widening of selected roads, construction of public toilets and urinals, night shelters and community centre/ hall etc.

6.Project Name: --Hi Tech City Allahabad
Client:-- Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd.

Project Cost: 900 cr.
Scope of work for REPL:--

  • Planning and designing of layout plans and infrastructure services like sewerage, Drainage, Water Supply, Electrical Substation, Landscape, Traffic Designing, Rain Water Harvesting etc and doing satellite Imaging for a Township around 1500 acre at Allahabad.

7.Project Name: --Hi Tech City Modi Nagar
Client: -- Uttam Steels & Associates (Consortium),

Project Cost: 7000 cr.
Scope of work for REPL:--

  • Planning and designing of layout plans and infrastructure services like sewerage, Drainage, Water Supply, Electrical Substation, Landscape, Traffic Designing, Rain Water Harvesting etc and doing satellite Imaging for a Hi-Tech City at Modi Nagar (Area 4950 Acre).

8.Project Name:  --Agra Integrated Township

Scope of work for REPL:--

  • Preparing DPR, Planning and designing of layout plans and infrastructure services like sewerage, Drainage, Water Supply, Electrical Substation, Landscape, Traffic Designing, Rain Water Harvesting etc and doing satellite Imaging for a Integrated Township at Agra (Area 334.33 Acres).

9.Project Name: --Zonal Development Plan for Zone 15 of Lucknow
Client: -- - Lucknow Development Authority
Project Area : 6068Ha (14988Acres).
Scope of work for REPL:--

  • Site Plan and Use plan for the development of the zone and show the approximate locations and extents of land uses proposed in the zone for public buildings, road, housing recreating industry, Business Markets, Schools etc
  • Specify the standards of population density and building density
  • Allocation of land for Road, Open Spaces, Gardens, etc
  • Plots for the erection of building,
  • Development of area into a Town ship or colony,
  • Alignment of buildings of any site,
  • Architectural feature of the elevation or frontage of any buildings to be erected,
  • The numbers of residential building, which may be erected on plot or site.
  • Prohibition or restrictions regarding erection of shops, workshops, ware housing or factories or building of a specified architectural feature or buildings designed for particular purposes in the locality, j) Maintenance of walls, fences, hedges or any other structural or architectural construction and the height at which they shall be maintained.

10.Project Name: --Zonal Development Plan for Zone 16 of Lucknow
Client: -- - Lucknow Development Authority
Project Area : 8587Ha (21210Acres).
Scope of work for REPL:--

  • Site Plan and Use plan for the development of the zone and show the approximate locations and extents of land uses proposed in the zone for public buildings, road, housing recreating industry, Business Markets, Schools etc.
  • Specify the standards of population density and building density
  • Allocation of land for Road, Open Spaces, Gardens, etc
  • Plots for the erection of building,

  • Alignment of buildings of any site,

Project Name: Preparation of Redevelopment Plan/Scheme of Special Area, Delhi

Client: Municipal Corporation of Delhi

Project Area: Special area as delineated in Master Plan of Delhi – 2021
Special area consists of areas like walled city-Shahjahanabad, Karol Bagh, Patel Nagar, Subzi Mandi, Sadar Bazaar etc.


Scope of Work:

Conducting socio-economic survey (on Sample basis) 

Preparation of accurate Base map with the help of secondary data and information available on website using GIS technique and shall detail out the following:-

Existing circulation and Street pattern, access roads, Parking spaces

Built-up Areas

All plots/properties including government and private land

Number of Floors/structural condition of buildings

Existing physical infrastructure and social infrastructure

open/ green spaces

Historical/Heritage Buildings (Protected and listed)

Any other information considered relevant for the purpose of planning.

  • Preparation of the base map for the UP Sub-Region of NCR incorporating natural and manmade features integrating the master plans of all major cities and all existing and proposed transit corridors of UP Sub-Region of NCR
  • Study and analysis of natural, socio-economic and other aspects of the UP Sub-Region for identifying development potentials and constraints
