The Hi-Tech Policy was circulated by Government of U.P and Govt. invited private developers to file applications for developing Hi-tech townships in various towns of U.P. , Ansals API applied for a Hi-tech city in Lucknow and REPL was appointed as Project consultants with an approach that REPL will prepare complete documentation, drawings & designs as required under policy including master plan for the Hi-tech. After allotment of this project to APIL by govt. of U.P, REPL was appointed as consultant.

Sushant Golf City is Located on Amar Shaheed Path & Lucknow-Sultanpur Highway. This township has a world class – 18 hole international standard championship Golf Course surrounded by Residential and Commercial Developments. Township will have, Luxury Villas, Designer Landscaping, Entertainment Zones, State-of-the art Infrastructure, Health Care Facilities, Ansal API ISKCON Spiritual Centre, Bharti Walmart, Golf Academy, Ansal API Auto Park- Northern India’s First Auto Mall etc. A total area of 3530(1765+1765) acres has been conceived for development so far. Further the township is proposed to be developed by adding an area of 2935 acres, which will result in the total area (6465 acre) for integrated development of Sushant Golf City.

Holistically, REPL, provided integrated services starting from conceiving the township, to planning the entire project, preparing layouts, designing the township, getting statutory approvals and compliances, due diligence (provide a factual report including findings, with regard to the technical aspects and the results achieved during the implementation of the projects), providing infrastructure services (design of sewerage, storm water drainage &water sourcing and distribution network) to designing of electrical distribution system (power distribution, telephone and cable TV networks), presenting with DPR’s of the infrastructure services, PMC (timely issue of drawings, materials management, timelines) and Framing Sales plan for the marketing Department of the Builder on the basis of the submission of Layouts, Master Plan etc.

Rudrabhishek Infrastructure Trust (RIT), in joint venture with Narayana Hrudayalaya Aarogyam Hospital (NH), is building a multi-speciality hospital in Lucknow. It is planned to be a 300-beded specialty hospital spread over 1,93,000 sq. ft. It will provide medical services like cardiology, cardiac surgery, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, surgical gastroenterology, urology and nephrology, etc. The project is divided into 8 floors including a single basement for the parking & services and other facilities are divided into G+6 Floors. Space is divided into two wings attached by the central staircases, lifts and ramps to ease the bifurcation and movement of the traffic inside.

It’s a campus with a family- friendly feel and playful interiors. Therefore, the concept plan is developed in a manner that it promotes easy access and unhindered staff movement, Provide conducive and convenient patient movement with easy way finding. Design concept / philosophy provides ease of movement for a large number of patients and their families i.e. Ramps, Toilets etc. for physically challenged.

REPL, in its integrated approach as a service provider started from the concept level planning, layouts. Concept at a large, included Identification & zoning for separate functions, defining the movement pattern for users, Placement of departments as per function relationship, Creation of buffers between different functions, Space Planning, Create architectural style & identity etc.

REPL carried out the responsibility of overall project approval, by fulfilling all statutory requirements, Preparation of architectural designs & vetting of structural design, REPL’s infrastructure Services team prepared the design drawings showing layout of Water Sewerage Treatment Plan, Pump Rooms, Water distribution & treatment system thereof including the recycling system of treated water for gardening, storm water disposal & recharge system etc.

Due diligence, MEP services (Entire Electrical distribution system), PMC of the project was also taken up by REPL. PMC of the project (at the construction stage) will Frame the marketing strategy of the project along with managing company’s administrative affairs & statutory compliances till the completion of construction of the project. Team also carries the responsibility of coordinating with all the vendors and consultants, if needed, to be involved on the project.

Notably, NH has recently come up with the IPO that was listed well above its upper-price band in NSE and BSE.
